My purple heart tat on my thigh. I love purple. I am also a survivor of abuse so I gave myself a purple heart. Cool huh?

Sorry to hear about being abused. Cool way to give yourself a purple heart though. I also like the color purple. I`m thinking hard about getting a tat myself. Maybe something purple lol.

I love hearts. I like yours. Hearts just have that nice shape to them don't they? I also love the color purple, and it looks good on your skin. I'm glad it has a meaning behind it, that's the most important part of a tattoo to me.

I agree that the color matches well with your skin. I like the smallness of the tattoo and the modesty/simplicity of it, but it obviously still carries meaning.

What a great symbol you have given yourself. Purple is the color for survivors too! It looks like a tiny heart. About how big is it?

I would have said "it looks like a normal tattoo." But it seems it isn't when you mentioned its meaning which is the most important thing.

Cool story. Never would have thought of that. I'm sorry you were abused, but a Purple Heart is a good way to remind yourself of how resilient you are! It's cute too, and has a nice color. Nice job.

Kudos on turning past suffering into a piece of art! I hope it acts as a talisman to avoid abuse in the future...
Good luck and stay strong!
