Leo Tattoos

Last updated on November 30, 2017 By David Leave a Comment

You don’t have to be an astronomer to understand the meaning of Leo tattoos. Anyone born between July 23 and August 22 is a Leo, according to the astrology charts. Represented by the lion, Leos are characterized as being very outgoing and out spoken. They always want to be the center of attention, and are great friends. A common profession for a Leo is in the entertainment industry either as an actor, or musician. They crave drama, and the limelight. Leos are also gullible, and can be taken advantage of easily.

Leo tattoos are done in different styles. Some people prefer the more traditional Leo tattoos, by getting the symbol of the Leo sign, which is called Leo’s glyph. Leo’s glyph looks a little like a snake or an upside down “u”, with curls on the ends. Others will have lion tattoos, a little different, but conveys pretty much the same thing. There are so many styles to choose from, and combinations to be made, the possibilities are truly endless. Leos are proud, and a tattoo is a great way to express their pride.

Other popular Leo tattoos are the sun, hearts, or flames. Leo is a fire sign, so some people will request their Leo tattoos to include flames. Also, Leos are romantics, and since Leos live in the fifth house, hearts are a good choice. The fifth house rules love issues, and romantic Leos wear their hearts on their sleeves. The sun is the most prominent planet in Leos sphere, so a sun can make a beautiful addition to your Leo tattoos. Maybe you would just like the Leo constellation of stars tattooed on your body, or simply have the word Leo inked on your skin, the choice is yours.

Leo tattoos can also represent bravery. If someone has been through a rough time, or traumatic experience, lion tattoos would work perfect. The bigger the mane on the lion, the stronger or braver the lion is. Leo tattoos are very beautiful and symbolic. Depending on placement, size, and design, these tattoos can really stand out. Considering the fact that Leos naturally want to stand out, this seems to work out perfectly.
